Who we serve
White Glove ABA handles licensing for BCBAs, BCaBAs, behavior technicians and the ABA agencies that employ them, from a first license to licenses in every state your clients are in. The BACB warns that letting someone else complete a licensure application may violate state law, so we prepare the complete package and track it, and you review, sign and submit. Payer enrollment and billing are handled by our White Glove sister teams.

ABA Licensure Readiness Review
$149 one-time
Before you spend anything: which states your clients and supervisees are in, which of them license behavior analysts, assistants or technicians, where reciprocity applies, and what each application needs. Credited in full when you buy your first application package.
New BCBA Credential Transition
$199 one-time
Passing the BCBA exam ends your RBT or BCaBA credential after 180 days. We line up your first BCBA-level license and update any state record that still lists the old credential.
State Licenses
License by Endorsement (BCBA)
$599 per state
For BCBAs licensed in another state, in states with a reciprocity or endorsement route. We prepare the complete application, request your verifications and BACB documentation, and track it to a decision. You review, sign and submit.
Full State License Application (BCBA)
$749 per state
For a first license and for states that evaluate the whole file, such as New York or Illinois with its fingerprints. We screen your BACB status, record and the state's extra steps before you pay a non-refundable fee, then prepare everything for you to sign and submit.
Assistant Behavior Analyst License (BCaBA)
$399 per state
For BCaBAs in the states that license assistants, including the supervising behavior analyst's paperwork many boards require. We prepare it alongside your supervisor's license where we can.
Behavior Technician Registration
$149 per technician
For the few states that certify or register technicians, such as Washington, Nevada and Oregon. We prepare each registration, track background checks and keep the roster current. Elsewhere technicians need no state credential.
For ABA Agencies
Agency Multi-State Package, 3 States
$1,599 per BCBA
Three state licenses for one behavior analyst, prepared in parallel, plus a map of where your supervision and telehealth footprint requires a license. Built for agencies opening in new states.
Illinois ABA Agency Ownership Audit
$499 one-time
Illinois requires every owner, officer and employee who renders ABA services in a business to hold a license, and unlicensed owners must divest by January 15, 2027. We audit your ownership and staff against the rule and plan the fixes.
Jurisprudence & State Law Requirement Support
$249 per state
Some states test applicants on their own law or require state-specific training, such as Ohio's law requirement or New York's child abuse training. We find what applies and get you ready.
Renewals
Annual Renewal & CE Compliance
$299 per license, per year
Every license renews on its own date, some yearly and some every two years, and many tie renewal to your BACB recertification. We keep one calendar for all of them, track CE against each state's rules and prepare each renewal ahead of the deadline.
Document & Logistics Support
Fingerprint Coordination
$75–$150 per state
Scheduling and routing of fingerprint-based background checks, including out-of-state hard-card processing and the Illinois requirement for an Illinois vendor.
Notarization & Identity Verification
$75 flat
Coordination of notarized forms and identity verification where a board requires them in wet-ink or remote-online form.
Courier & Rush Document Handling
$50–$150
Tracked courier handling for sealed transcripts, notarized forms, and anything a board insists on receiving on paper.
Important Fee Notice
(Prices above do not include the following)
The prices listed above are our service fees only. Costs paid directly to third parties are set by the boards, the BACB and fingerprint vendors and change from time to time, so we confirm them at intake:
- State license and application fees: vary by board, are non-refundable, and are charged again at each renewal.
- BACB fees: certification, exam, recertification and verification letters, paid to the BACB.
- Jurisprudence exam fees: where a state charges separately for its own law exam.
- Official transcripts: charged by your graduate program; most boards require them sent directly.
- Fingerprinting: state vendor fees, and more for out-of-state hard-card processing.
